About this program

WTUC (West Texas Urgent Care, PLLC) operates an internal SMS program used by company leadership (CEO and COO) to send one-way operational text messages to credentialed clinical providers across our urgent care, freestanding emergency room, and primary care locations in Texas.

Message content is limited to schedule changes, coverage requests, policy updates, and operational notices. No patient information, no Protected Health Information (PHI), and no marketing content is sent.
