These SMS Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") describe the text messaging programs operated by West Texas Urgent Care, PLLC, doing business as My Urgent Care TX, My ER 24/7, My Primary Care, My Telemed, ReGen, and My Health Plan (collectively, "we," "us," or the "Company"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

For our internal provider operations program, providers consent in writing as part of their employment or contractor onboarding.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber to the mobile number you provided or have authorization to opt in that number, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Message frequency varies by program and based on your interactions with us (for example, the number of appointments you book or the program you enroll in). You will not receive more messages than are reasonably necessary for the program you have subscribed to.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge a fee for sending text messages, but your carrier may.
Reply HELP to any message to receive contact information and assistance. You may also contact us at [main line / support email].
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from that program. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from that program. If you are enrolled in more than one program, you may need to reply STOP to messages from each program separately, or contact us to opt out of all programs.
You may also opt out by contacting us directly at marketing@myerabilene.com. Allow up to 48 hours for the opt-out request to take effect for non-automated programs.
Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email or other forms of communication, which may be governed separately.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or any information you provide as part of the SMS opt-in process, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messaging program you subscribed to and to support the operations of that program.
We may share mobile information with service providers who help us send and deliver text messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform provider), and only for that purpose. These providers are contractually limited to using the information solely to perform services for us.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our SMS programs are compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messages are not a secure means of communication. Please do not send personal health information, sensitive information, or emergency requests via text message. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
For non-emergency clinical communications with your provider, please use the channels designated for that purpose, including our patient portal, telemedicine platform, or a direct call to the clinic.
Information you choose to send to us via SMS may be retained as part of our records and may be reviewed by authorized staff for the purpose of responding to or coordinating your care.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, which may include posting a notice on our websites or sending a direct notification.
