West Texas Urgent Care, PLLC — referred to internally as WTUC — is the parent professional limited liability company through which a portfolio of Texas-based healthcare brands operates. WTUC provides administrative, operational, and compliance leadership to its affiliated clinical operations, while clinical care is delivered through the consumer-facing brands listed below.
All clinical services are provided by credentialed providers employed or contracted across the WTUC network. WTUC itself does not provide direct patient care; it is the corporate entity to which each clinical operation reports.

WTUC operates an internal, admin-only SMS messaging program used by company leadership (Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer) to send one-way operational notifications to credentialed clinical providers employed or contracted across the WTUC network.
Messages are strictly limited to internal operational matters: schedule changes, coverage requests, policy and protocol updates, clinic operations notices, and internal organizational announcements. No patient information, no Protected Health Information, and no marketing content is sent through this program.
Providers consent to receive operational SMS in writing during onboarding. The full consent disclosure, including consent language and opt-out instructions, is published below.
